Each custom item undergoes handcrafted personalization (production time: 3–5 business days). Once dispatched, US delivery takes 5–8 business days, and international orders typically take 7–12 business days.

3. What is your Return & Refund Policy?

For standard (non-customized) items, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Personalized and customized products are made specifically for you and are eligible for replacement or full refund only in the event of manufacturer defects, print errors, or transit damage.
